James Lagergren is a BPI certified Building Analyst and a graduate of the Building Performance Institute in Bellingham, WA. In addition to this certification we are regular attendees at Energy Out West, an annual conference for energy efficiency and weatherization professionals that comprises Private sector workers, government entities like the United States Department of Energy and Washington State Department of Commerce and Community Action Programs.
