James was professional, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. He was in no hurry and took his time as he thoroughly inspected all spaces and systems, including nasty crawlspaces. His report thoroughly answered all concerns and addressed many issues we would have simply missed. Great work! Most highly recommended!!!!

So pleased with our experience with Rainshadow Home Inspection! We hired James for an inspection and subsequently purchased our home in 2019, three years ago. James Lagergren inspected a home we were buying May 14th. I have not hired a lot of inspectors in the past. His price was a bit higher than my previous inspector, BUT his inspection report was great! It was detailed with description and photos, he brought his own ladder to climb on the roof and used tools to get much thorough inspection in the structure integrity of the home. As I mentioned to James finally decision was coming close, he had the report to me the next day. Money was well spent for his service. Thank you James.
