James Lagergren inspected a home we were buying May 14th. I have not hired a lot of inspectors in the past. His price was a bit higher than my previous inspector, BUT his inspection report was great! It was detailed with description and photos, he brought his own ladder to climb on the roof and used tools to get much thorough inspection in the structure integrity of the home.
