James is a professional and thorough home inspector. We had two inspections for our home during the purchase process, and James was by far the most comprehensive. I was especially impressed with the detailed report he offered. Highly recommended.

I was relocating from Florida to Washington and was unable to be present for the all-important home inspection. My realtor connected me with James, who was very willing and excited to perform a home inspection via FaceTime with me! James was very thorough and took time to make sure I was involved and understood the process. All of my questions were answered and it was almost like I was there in person. He promptly emailed me his inspection report with photos. I felt so much better and comfortable about not being there in person for the inspection with James on board. If anyone requires a home inspection, with or without special circumstances like mine, I would absolutely recommend James for the job!
